Brochures - "When You Have A Claim "

Purpose: To educate Vanguard policyholders and agents of claims procedures followed by Vanguard staff during a catastrophic event. To educate Florida insurance consumers about the dynamics of the Vanguard insurance policy as it pertains to storm coverage.

Developed the concept for this piece shortly after Florida's storm season of 2004. Responsible for writing copy, producing all artwork, photography and layout and overseeing printing process.

Brochure successfully enhanced communication and increased knowledge of Vanguard's claims procedures and operations by 2005.
